Job Summary
PT Guest Relations Host/Hostess delivering patient trays, setup and nourishment between meals, stocking pantries, and acting as a liaison among patients, Dietary and Nutrition, and Nursing Services. Uses AIDET guidelines, supports tray delivery, maintains HACCP/SDS/PPE safety standards, and helps achieve high courtesy scores while coordinating with the Food and Nutrition Management team. Emphasizes customer service, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and sanitation in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of patient menu/program and nutrition related to patient meals
