Job Summary

Oversee guest relations in an F&B environment, ensuring optimal service and guest satisfaction by guiding staff teamwork, supervising grooming and attire, completing opening/closing duties, managing inventories and stock, and monitoring dining room operations for seating, safety, and guest well-being. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, coaching, and maintaining a positive, open-door culture; ensure compliance with safety and security policies; communicate clearly; foster positive relationships and teamwork; seek opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Responsibilities include safety training, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and executing related duties such as reading and verifying information, visual inspections, and basic physical tasks (standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds).

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
