Job Summary
Guest Relations Agent responsible for responding to guest inquiries, coordinating bell services for luggage, room changes, and deliveries, liaising with front desk and resort departments to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences, overseeing luggage handling and security procedures, managing transportation requests including VIP services, and serving as a lobby ambassador to create a welcoming guest experience. Requires strong verbal and written communication, multitasking and organizational abilities, capability to work a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift with mandatory weekends/holidays, ability to stand for long periods, valid Florida driver license for golf-cart and up to 15-passenger vans, and compliance with background check and eligibility to work in the United States.
