Job Summary
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for VIP guests from arrival through departure. Verify that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits and that repeat guests and other VIPs receive special recognition and service. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment to deliver memorable experiences. Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential for this role within the global IHG family.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in Opera PMS

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
