Job Summary
Guest Relations Agent responsible for delivering a sincere welcome and hospitality to guests, escorting guests to rooms, performing daily courtesy calls, handling queries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, updating Guest Profiles in the PMS, maintaining guest history logs, recognizing IHG Rewards Club and Ambassador Members to achieve high HeartBeat and guest-satisfaction scores. Ideal candidates have experience in a luxury hotel, knowledge of Opera PMS, and fluency in English (German/French preferred). The role requires the ability to work different shifts including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
