Job Summary
Guest Relations Agent in Cairo, responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in in coordination with Front Office, handling inquiries and requests, conducting daily guest contacts to identify issues, coordinating special arrangements (birthdays, reservations, transportation), managing VIP procedures, preparing and distributing guest information about activities and services, handling restaurant and amenity reservations, monitoring guest satisfaction, assisting with lost and found, providing guidance during health emergencies, collaborating with all departments for seamless experiences, participating in training, maintaining a professional appearance, and leveraging English and local language skills; requires high school diploma or equivalent with hospitality education preferred, and familiarity with Fidelio/Opera; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Higher education in hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Arabic, German, French, or Russian highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Fidelio, Opera)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented mindset
