Job Summary
Review arrival lists to welcome guests and attend to special guests (VIPs). Help prepare welcome folders with collateral and provide information about amenities, area and venues. Promote services, anticipate guest needs, build rapport, assist with tasks (e.g., travel arrangements, taking messages), address complaints and escalate when needed. Maintain daily logbook and ensure compliance with health and quality standards. Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus. Computer literacy, customer-oriented professional attitude, outgoing personality, outstanding communication and strong organizational/time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
