Guest Relation Executive

Guest Relations Executive responsible for front office planning, ensuring arrivals/departures and related records are maintained, and maintaining high service quality among lobby staff. Personally welcome and escort guests, authorize VIP courtesies, conduct regular staff training, and address guest inquiries and complaints with tact and follow-up actions. Manage finances by up-selling to improve room sales, maintaining the logbook, balancing daily accounts, and optimizing room occupancy within the overbooking policy. Oversee ongoing communications across shifts, ensure clear lines with all departments, and keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, outlets, operating hours, and emergency procedures. Maintain impeccable personal presentation and adherence to hotel uniforms, while possessing thorough knowledge of local town information and services to resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Lead with strong managerial qualities, including delegation, strategic thinking, leadership, integrity, and cultural awareness, while ensuring hygiene, safety, and environmental commitments as per ISO standards.
