Job Summary
Oversee guest recreation operations by monitoring activity safety compliance, managing disruptive situations, and maintaining sporting equipment and facilities. Guide guests on hikes and lead Kid's Camps and Adventure Clubs while caring for dogs in the indoor park. Follow all Delaware North policies and procedures to ensure visitor safety and satisfaction. This role supports the resort's year-round outdoor experiences near Yosemite National Park, including hiking, fishing, and camping. Shifts include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect guest and employee safety
- Ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and know when to involve a supervisor
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
