Job Summary
Guest Programs Assistant responsible for coordinating across Guest Programs sub-departments (shore excursions, entertainment and enrichment, pre-cruise hotels, land experiences, travel and transportation) and handling administrative duties to support the shipboard and home-office teams. Key duties include arranging travel for entertainers and guest speakers, ensuring invoice control and verification, handling guest communications, reviewing guest comments for feedback, acting as a liaison with leadership to resolve issues, and providing data entry support. The role requires exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, excellent writing and verbal abilities, and the ability to work at a fast pace with precision. Must be located within commutable distance of Guilford, CT. Opportunities for upward mobility are noted as the organization expands.
