Job Summary
Guest Operations Specialist role delivering a warm, professional welcome to guests and crew, coordinating concierge-style services (transport, catering, accommodation) and handling enquiries, issues, and guest preferences. Responsibilities include coordinating guest services and flight-related activities, processing transactions and maintaining records, supporting airside operations with aircraft handling and ground service equipment, and contributing to safe, accurate, and efficient operations in a fast-paced aviation hospitality environment. Requires 18+, Garda vetting for Airport ID, right to work in Ireland, full driving licence, and IT proficiency; prior front-of-house or ramp-side experience preferred; additional language skills and (desirable) valid truck license. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to safety and accuracy are essential. Shift pattern: 6 on 3 off; salary from 38,000 EUR per annum; seasonal/temporary contract in Shannon, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle)
- Garda vetting check as a requirement for an Airport ID
- Right to work in Ireland
- Full driving licence
- Ideally proven experience in front-of-house or ramp-side roles in Aviation Services or Hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication
- IT-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Additional language skills advantageous
- Valid C or CE truck license desirable
