Job Summary
Conduct guest check-in and check-out processes while delivering unique, memorable experiences. Address guest requests, process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights. Maintain a safe workplace by following policies, protecting assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communications. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds. Work full-time hours in a guest-facing role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
