Job Summary
The Group Host is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, assisting with their needs throughout their stay at Camp Del Oro. Key responsibilities include being readily available for guest inquiries, monitoring group schedules, ensuring facilities are secure and properly maintained, and communicating important information to guests. The role requires flexibility, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and operating various equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
