Job Summary
Escort guests with accessible needs throughout Highmark Stadium by utilizing stadium wheelchairs and navigating entry points, concourses, and elevators safely. Utilize 24/7 Communicator Software to coordinate and track transportation requests from gate entrances to ticketed seating locations. Greet guests upon arrival, provide accurate directions to food, merchandise, and restroom areas, and promote Fan Experience programs. Monitor assigned areas for guest safety and comfort, resolving concerns with Security and Supervisors while reporting issues to Event Command. This role requires physical stamina, including walking long distances and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays. Attend mandatory training for all Bills home games and events.
