Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, verify tickets for access, and direct visitors to their seating locations. Monitor assigned aisles and sections to ensure safety and comfort, while enforcing the Wait for Whistle policy and Fan Code of Conduct. Conduct regular aisle walks to address fan concerns, check wristbands for re-entry at club and suite locations, and report issues to Event Command. Provide accurate directions to stadium amenities and promote Fan Experience programs. Complete initial and final walkthroughs of assigned areas. Attend mandatory training and all Bills home games, including events extending two hours past game conclusion. Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a background check
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more
- Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for tasks such as wristbanding, ticket scanning, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
- Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
- Attend mandatory training classes
- Attend all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events as required
- Ability to work the entirety of stadium events and stay upwards of 2 hours after the conclusion of stadium events
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Laptops & Radios
