Job Summary
Greet Team Members upon arrival, check their scheduled deployment locations, and distribute uniforms, radios, iPads, and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the check-in and uniform room, while accurately inventorying resources and reporting any damages or shortages. Support fellow staff to ensure they are properly outfitted and prepared for events and game day at Highmark Stadium. This role requires working weekends, nights, and holidays as required, with mandatory attendance at all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events. Applicants must have reliable transportation to the venue and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully pass a background check
- Attend mandatory training classes
- Attend all Buffalo Bills home games
- Attend additional events as required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
