Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome and fond farewell. Accurately scan tickets to ensure valid entry and assist guests in troubleshooting mobile ticketing issues through the Bills Mobile App. Provide detailed directions to stadium locations, including seating, restrooms, and food areas, while ensuring guests uphold stadium policies. Address guest concerns effectively with Security and Supervisors, promote Fan Experience programs, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires standing for six hours or more in all weather conditions, navigating large venues, and working weekends, nights, and holidays. Candidates must attend mandatory training and possess reliable transportation to Highmark Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a background check
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more
- Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for tasks such as wristbanding, ticket scanning, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
- Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
