Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome and fond farewell. Accurately scan tickets to ensure valid entry, assist with mobile ticketing issues via the Bills Mobile App, and direct visitors to seating, restrooms, and food areas. Uphold stadium policies, address guest concerns with Security and Supervisors, and promote Fan Experience programs. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, standing for six hours or more in all weather conditions. This part-time role supports the Buffalo Bills' goal of providing a safe, clean, family-friendly game day experience at Highmark Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully pass a background check
- Ability to walk long distances
- climb stairs
- stand for 6 hours or more
- be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for tasks such as wristbanding, ticket scanning, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
- Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
