Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service by assisting guests, managing transactions, and maintaining a positive image. Keep shelves stocked and displays organized while ensuring products remain accessible. Maintain a pristine store by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots. Support the team by stepping in for cashiering or porter services as needed. Handle cash accurately following company policies. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Full-time employees receive up to three weeks of PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) match, while part-time staff gain access to a healthcare balance account and GED completion programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
