Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, manage student enrollments, process payments, and answer questions about lesson schedules and registrations. Support parents through the enrollment process while guiding them through our swim curriculum. Use creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges, staying active on your feet throughout shifts that include evenings and weekends. Prioritize extra shifts if open to cross-training as a swim instructor. This role offers hands-on training in customer service and leadership within a team dedicated to helping kids learn life-saving skills in a safe environment.
