Job Summary
GETL at Impact Kitchen sets high hospitality standards and drives guest experiences across the full guest journey. Responsibilities include leading and training the Guest Experience Team, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding for new hires, preparing beverages to menu specifications (coffee/espressos with latte art, tonics, tea, and wellness drinks), and training in all Front-of-House roles to support a smooth service. The role requires mentoring and coaching others, coordinating with Culinary Experience teammates, maintaining espresso quality, accurate POS input, station setup/close, and sustaining cleanliness. The position emphasizes leadership development, with progression toward an Assistant Manager role, and a compensation structure of $19/hour plus tips, plus PTO for full-time staff, and flexible scheduling. Key skills include excellent communication, coaching interest, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, organizational and multitasking abilities, standing for extended periods, and 5 days/week availability. Industry knowledge includes food safety/public health best practices and 1-5 years leading teams; Food Handler certification is required; barista experience is preferred.
