Job Summary
Guest Experience Supervisor overseeing hospitality service operations, including processing guest check-ins, verifying identities and payments, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, maintaining accurate guest accounts, and adhering to accounting procedures. Responsible for training and coaching staff, ensuring guest requests are met, providing directions and property information, and maintaining quality standards. Requires strong communication, professionalism, ability to work with POS systems, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Position emphasizes guest service excellence and supervisory leadership within a Marriott property in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
