Job Summary
As Guest Experience Supervisor at NEXDINE Hospitality in Kalamazoo, MI, oversee daily guest experience operations, supervise cooks/servers/utility staff, ensure exemplary customer service and the final presentation of food and service to meet client standards, and assist with event planning, menu development, cost control, scheduling (build a 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted), vendor relations, and adherence to safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines under the guidance of the Chef Manager or VP of Dining and Hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar position
- ServSafe Certification
- Choke Safety Certification
- Allergen Awareness Certification
