Job Summary
Oversee guest check-in/check-out, assign rooms, verify payments, issue room keys, and ensure accurate billing and reporting. Provide directions and property information, handle guest requests, and coordinate with staff to meet service needs. Train, coach, and motivate employees; reinforce policies; monitor safety and confidentiality; prepare written documents and reports; operate POS systems; balance cash, prepare accounting-related reports, and secure bank at shifts' start/end. Maintain quality standards, support management, and act as a role model for fair treatment and open communication with guests and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
