Guest Experience Supervisor - Courtyard by Marriott Subang

Process all guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue keys while securing payments and adjusting billing. Compile daily reports, balance receipts, and count bank deposits at shift start and end. Accommodate guest requests, supply directions, and notify Loss Prevention of theft reports. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure adherence to quality standards using POS systems. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
