Guest Experience Specialist

Guest Experience Specialist position at The NOW Massage: as an Experience Guide you will greet guests, drive enhancements and memberships, book and edit appointments, manage the reception area, process payments, and help maintain a calm, elevated boutique environment. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, promoting services and retail, accurately booking/canceling appointments, opening/closing the boutique per SOPs, resolving guest issues, and upholding The NOW mission. Must have strong guest-service focus, excellent communication, ability to multitask, detail orientation, and team-oriented collaboration; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Part-time role located in Greenwood Village, CO.
