Job Summary
Guest Experience Specialist responsible for guiding guests through their stay, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, delivering quality meals, or sharing the highlights of the local area. Role involves moving about the space, taking ownership of the guest experience with a guest-first mindset, maintaining professional appearance and communications, and adhering to policies. Must be on their feet for extended periods and able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds; required to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting. Emphasis on safety, confidentiality, asset protection, quality standards, and a professional demeanor throughout interactions with guests and teammates.
