Operate as a Guest Experience Specialist by proactively guiding guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, responding to client requests, preparing reports, serving quality meals, and sharing regional points of interest. Move freely within the hotel space to address guest needs, lifting objects up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below knees as required.
