Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest services and handle operational needs in hotel zones, guiding clients through check-in, check-out, and their entire stay. Prepare quality meals, share regional points of interest, and respond to client requests while maintaining a secure, professional workplace. Execute physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead, and moving throughout the space for extended periods. Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality norms while representing the Residence Inn brand. Work full-time at the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay guests with a human-centric service culture.
