Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Manage guest needs across hotel zones, handle operational requests, and prepare reports. Serve quality meals and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below the knees. Work full-time hours at the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with a team culture focused on personalized service.
