Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Manage operational needs, respond to guest requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel integrated into the overall experience. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality standards. Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead and below the knees, and standing or walking for extended periods. Ensure professional appearance and communication while supporting long-stay guests with personalized service.
