Conduct guest-facing service across hotel zones, handling operational needs, client requests, meal service, and regional interest sharing to build memorable experiences. Execute physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead and below knees, and maintaining professional appearance and communications. Prepare reports and ensure a safe, compliant work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
