Manage guest experiences by proactively offering a wide range of services that guide clients throughout their stay, going beyond conventional reception duties. Operate in main hotel zones to handle operational needs, answer guest requests, prepare quality meals, and share regional points of interest. Ensure all interactions make transactions feel like part of the overall experience while maintaining a safe, professional workplace that adheres to company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality norms. Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lbs (11.4 kg) without assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees.
