Guest Experience Specialist

Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests through their entire stay. Operate across main hotel zones to handle operational needs, manage guest requests, and serve high-quality meals. Prepare daily reports and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel integrated into the guest journey. Maintain a safe, professional work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring uniform and communication standards. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below the knees. Assist guests with long-term stay needs and support the Residence Inn team culture focused on personalized service.
