Job Summary
Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, taking ownership of the guest experience in main hotel areas with a guest-first mindset. Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, deliver quality meals, and share local area highlights. Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Work standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving and lifting objects up to 25 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
