Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Manage guest needs in key hotel areas, handle operational requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share local points of interest. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while protecting company assets. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead and below the knees, and standing or walking for extended periods. Ensure professional appearance and communication while executing all assigned duties to maximize guest satisfaction and support hotel prosperity.
