Manage guest interactions and operational needs across hotel zones, proactively guiding clients through their stay while handling service requests, preparing quality meals, and sharing regional points of interest. Execute physical tasks including moving, lifting, and positioning objects up to 25 lbs, as well as reaching overhead and below-knee items, while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards. Prepare reports and ensure all communications remain professional to uphold the Residence Inn culture focused on long-stay guest satisfaction and team collaboration within the Marriott International portfolio.
