Manage guest experiences in the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres by proactively guiding clients through their entire stay, handling operational needs, and responding to guest requests. Prepare quality meals, share regional points of interest, and ensure transactions feel integrated into the unique guest journey. Maintain a safe, professional environment while adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring confidentiality. Perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead, and standing or walking for extended periods. Work full-time hours supporting long-stay travelers with human-centric service within the Marriott International portfolio.
