Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest services across main hotel zones, handling operational needs, client requests, meal service, and regional interest sharing to ensure seamless check-in and check-out. Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to company policies, procedures, confidentiality, and asset protection standards while ensuring professional appearance and communication. Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead and below knees, and bending or rotating the body. Prepare reports and deliver personalized experiences that reflect the Residence Inn focus on long-stay traveler comfort and human-centric service within the Marriott International portfolio.
