Guest Experience Specialist

Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests through their entire stay. Operate in key hotel areas to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, and serve quality meals. Prepare reports, share regional points of interest, and ensure all transactions feel integrated into the guest experience. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead and below the knees. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with a team-focused culture.
