Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests through their entire stay. Operate in key hotel areas to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, and serve quality meals. Prepare reports and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel integrated into the guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety policies, confidentiality standards, and quality norms while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with a team culture focused on personalized service and team collaboration.
