Provide guests with seamless check-in and check-out while proactively delivering a unique, memorable experience across all hotel areas. Handle operational needs, answer guest requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel integrated into the stay. Walk and move frequently throughout the space, lifting and carrying objects up to 25 lbs without assistance. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and quality norms while keeping a professional appearance and communication style.
