Guest Experience Specialist

Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences while proactively guiding guests throughout their stay. Operate in key hotel areas to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share regional points of interest. Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below the knees. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with a team culture focused on personalized service.
