Job Summary
Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay with a guest-first mindset, moving about the main areas to process operational needs, address requests, complete reports, deliver quality meals, and share local highlights. Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Work on your feet or while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Guest Experience Specialists will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
- Guest Experience Specialists will be taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)
