Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest-facing operations across the hotel's main areas by proactively guiding clients through their entire stay, handling operational needs, and responding to guest requests. Prepare quality meals, share regional points of interest, and ensure all transactions feel integrated into the unique guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance while standing and moving for extended periods, lifting objects up to 25 lbs, and reaching overhead or below the knees. Adhere strictly to safety policies, confidentiality standards, and quality norms to protect company assets.
