Provide guests with seamless check-in and check-out while proactively guiding them through their entire stay to create a memorable experience. Operate in key hotel areas to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, and prepare quality meals. Deliver regional interest points and ensure all transactions feel integrated into the guest journey. Maintain a safe, professional work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring confidentiality. Perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead, and standing or walking for extended periods. Report daily activities and uphold high-quality standards throughout the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres.
