Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest-facing service in hotel lobbies and main areas, proactively guiding clients through check-in, check-out, and their entire stay. Manage operational needs, answer guest requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share regional points of interest. Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lbs, reaching overhead and below knees, and maintaining professional appearance and communication. Ensure a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay guests with a human-centric service culture.
