Manage guest interactions and operational needs across the hotel's main areas, proactively guiding clients through their entire stay. Handle guest requests, prepare quality meals, and share regional points of interest to ensure transactions feel like part of the experience. Execute physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 pounds, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality. Adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures to protect assets and ensure a secure environment.
