Guest Experience Specialist

Manage guest interactions and operational tasks across hotel zones, guiding clients through check-in, check-out, and daily needs while preparing reports and serving quality meals. Handle regional interest sharing and ensure all transactions feel integrated into the guest experience. Maintain a safe, professional environment by adhering to company policies, confidentiality standards, and asset protection protocols. Perform physical duties including moving objects up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below knees. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with team-based service culture.
