Operate as a Guest Experience Specialist by proactively guiding guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, responding to client requests, preparing reports, serving quality meals, and sharing regional points of interest. Move freely within the hotel space to ensure transactions feel integrated into the guest experience, while physically lifting objects up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below the knees. Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold confidentiality standards to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Work full-time at the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with a team culture focused on personalized service.
